Big news for fitness fanatics in the Washington state area! During phase 2 of the state’s reopening, fitness training activities will resume. However, there will be restrictions in place.
In Washington, fitness training is taking one step closer to normalcy. As of May 19, fitness and training activities in indoor facilities will be allowed to resume. To ensure everyone’s safety, the following guidelines will be in place until further notice:
- Only Phase 2 approved activities will be allowed, such as gymnastics, weight and resistance training, martial arts, yoga and fitness trainer-led fitness programs
- Programs and activities will be limited to groups of five trainees (or less) plus an instructor or fitness trainer
As a fitness trainer who’s itching to get back into the gym, George Bolzoni is ecstatic to hear this news! He hopes that his own home state will follow suit with Washington’s Phase 2 of the reopening. Although he has enjoyed working out at home and outdoors, he misses the opportunity to help others reach their personal fitness training goals.
